Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities under their account.

All content on Troupe Academy, including lessons, graphics, and user interface, is the property of Troupe Academy or its licensors and protected by copyright laws.

Users may create and share content. However, such content must not infringe on any rights, be defamatory, obscene, or illegal. Troupe Academy reserves the right to remove such content.

Troupe Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

If you are not satisfied with our service, we offer a refund policy as follows:

You many cancel a lesson in a minimum of 24 hours before the online session is to hold.

To request a refund, contact our support team at dotun@troupeacademy.com with your account details and purchase information.

Refunds may not be available for certain promotional or discounted offers.

Refunds will be processed within three business days and credited back to the original payment method(this is also subject to the payment service's promptness)
